Amazing, German officials are investigating four FACEBOOK executives, including the company’s founder Mark ZUCKERBERG, over allegations that the social media network tolerates hate speech, Holocaust denial and incitement—violating Germany’s national hate speech laws.

A report by United Press International alleges a complaint with German courts listing 438 offensive posts that were not deleted by Facebook despite repeated requests from users. Prosecutors in Munich subsequently took action and announced their investigation on Nov. 4, 2016.

In addition to Zuckerberg, three other top Facebook executives are named in the suit: chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg, European policy director Richard Allan and Eva-Maria Kirschsieper, the company’s head of public policy in Berlin.

As UPI pointed out, “German law bans hate speech targeting groups, glorification of the Nazi regime and Holocaust denial.”

Thus,…what do you think the Judges and Justices will think of PARENTAL ALIENATION since this also involves lies and tolerating the destruction of the Mother/Child and Father/Child companionship like the Nazi regime.
I am thrilled my lawsuits are proceeding with all the very clear facts which become clearer and clearer each day; which is part of justice.

I think this is going to be a very interesting year in a positive way as some of our democratic and reasonable, moral values are enforced including the legal right of millions of Mothers like me to obtain our legal right to have a legal, valid and enforceable divorce contract which includes not being inflicted with the abuse, terror, torture and oppression of Parental Alienation and the illegal and immoral use of 501(c)(3) and other nonprofit agreements and other vehicles to steal our assets and income.

On a lighter note, today on my beloved Grandfather Ben’s birthday, my Benjamin Garden is blooming beautifully and has some ladybugs too. Now, there is also a beautiful sunset lighting up the sky over his garden.

I am so grateful for so many things and I am going out to celebrate soon. I am also planning a Thanksgiving celebration with my homemade holiday dishes with my very, very special friends. I have some new recipes too given to me from another very special friend of mine.

As always, none of this is legal or any other advice; it is based on my knowledge and experience.

Parental Alienation is a form of abuse that destroys the sacred bond between a loving parent and their child at the time of a divorce. (Child includes teen and young adult children).
