Before you read this post; know that it may upset you because it clearly shows how a court-appointed therapist destroys lives

This clearly shows how a court-appointed therapist DESTROYS LIVES working with a judge, law firm and an ex-husband to destroy the relationship a mother (father) shares with her children. It is truly reprehensible but by bringing out the truth we will bring forth much needed change.

Alan D. Liberman Phd. in Tustin, California ( I recommend NEVER using him) . He was the court-appointed therapist appointed by Judge Claudia Silbar to try to help me reunite with my minor son.

His report dated September 22, 2009 states :“The Court (which is Judge Claudia Silbar who is very corrupt as my evidence clearly shows) ordered that I was not to prepare a written report to the parties or the Court regarding the status of therapy , unless I was requested by one of the parties or the Court.”

On September 17, 2009, my ex-husband Mark F. Hassman who is also very corrupt as my evidence shows, through his attorney the law firm Seastrom & Seastrom who are also very corrupt as my evidence shows, requested that Liberman write a report for them.

(Remember, birds of a feather flock together which is why there is “guilt by association”).

His report does not state whether my ex-husband or someone on his behalf paid Liberman for his report.

His report states that on June 5, 2009 the Court granted the father, Mr. Hassman temporary physical and legal custody. At that time the Court also issued a TRO (CLETS-TRO) against the mother (which is me) until the next Court hearing on 6/26/09.

The report does not state WHY the mother was denied shared custody.

The mother has been a law-abiding citizen her entire life of over 50 years.

***There have never been any psychological and clinical evaluations proving the mother is unfit, dangerous or a criminal.

The mother’s values and behavior show she is a person with beautiful character of honestly, compassion, kindness and respect which her children would greatly benefit from and did before the divorce.

His report does not state why a TRO (CLETS-TRO) was issued against the mother by Judge Silbar.

His report states that visitation with the child’s mother was to be at the “discretion of the child, and the child was to initiation contract.”

His report does not state why a shared visitation plan was not created so the minor child could share time with both of his divorced parents.

Experts have proved that it is in a child’s best interest to establish independent relationships with both of their divorced parents and not alienate one. [Dr. Baker, A. (2010); Adult Children of Parental Alienation Syndrome: “Breaking the Ties That Bind;”Kruk, E. (2013). Psychology Today; “The Impact of Parental Alienation on Children”;http://www.PAlienation.org; California Probate Code §§ 810, 811, 812 and 813]

***His report states vicious, reckless, irresponsible accusations and hearsay that are not supported with extensive clinical evidence and psychological evaluations.

As a result of his report which lacks proven clinical evidence and psychological evaluations; Judge Silbar issued criminal restraining orders against the mother preventing her from seeing her children and taking away her custody and visitation rights.

As a result of his report which lacks proven clinical evidence and psychological evaluations; Judge Silbar has treated the mother as unfit denying her of joint custody and visitation.

Before a mother can be legally prevented from seeing her children; experienced Judge Silbar knew or should have known extensive psychological evaluations and psychiatric tests are needed to determine she is unfit and dangerous.

Before a mother can be legally prevented from seeing her children; experienced Judge Silbar knew or should have known extensive psychological evaluations and psychiatric tests are needed to determine there is verified criminal activity proving she is a child abuser.

None of these evaluations were done and the mother and her children have not spent quality time together since the time of the divorce in 2009.

This is so horrible and explains why millions of loving, fit parents and their children of all ages are suffering for the form of abuse called Parental alienation.
Learn from me so YOU and your children and others you know do not suffer from parental alienation.

As always, none of this is legal or any other advice. This is based on my knowledge and experiences.
