Do you think CATE SCHOOL is promoting Parental Alienation and violating the law?

Do you think the following is what CATE SCHOOL a not-for-profit high school in California believes because they have repeatedly refused to help a loving law-abiding Mother reunite with her children who suddenly alienated her at the time of divorce; refused to have classes and help educate their students about the epidemic problem of parental alienation and other divorce issues and photographs and emails have shown they have ABUSED a minor student suffering from parental alienation:

1. A law-abiding wife/mother like Sara Hassman is not entitled to know if community assets or other sources of income or other assets were used to pay CATE SCHOOL on behalf of the education of her three Children since 2008, the time of the divorce or if other individuals or entities made such payments.

2. Even though California and consistent and compatible Federal laws, codes and cases demand that during a divorce all assets and expenses of the spouses must be completely and accurately disclosed and updated UNTIL the community estate is lawfully distributed and lawfully disposed of; a law-abiding wife/mother is NOT entitled to know how CATE SCHOOL was paid and continues to be paid for expenses relating to the education of her three Children.

3. CATE SCHOOL has the legal right to use 501(c)(3) or other “charitable” agreements to HIDE community assets and income of MARK F. HASSMAN so that Sara Hassman a law-abiding wife/mother is unable to receive alimony which is lawfully calculated from her marriage of over 23 years.

4. CATE SCHOOL has the legal right to use 501(c)(3) or other “charitable” agreements to HIDE community assets and income of MARK F. HASSMAN so that Sara Hassman a law-abiding wife/mother is unable to establish the net worth of the community estate and therefore unable to receive her 50 percent interest in the net value of the net worth of the community estate from her marriage of over 20 years.

5. It is considered in the best interest of Children including a minor Son, for CATE SCHOOL to refuse to help a law-abiding wife/mother and her minor Son reunite and resolve the sudden destruction of their positive and enriching companionship which suddenly occurred at the time of divorce. Instead it is considered in the best interest of a minor Son if CATE SCHOOL continues to help keep the minor Son alienated from his loving, law-abiding Mother even though he thrived in many ways when she was part of his life since the day he was born.

6. It is considered “committed to service, scholarship and character” as CATE SCHOOL advertises to REFUSE to help a law-abiding wife/mother and her minor Son reunite and resolve the sudden destruction of their positive and enriching companionship which suddenly occurred at the time of divorce. Instead it is better if CATE SCHOOL keeps them alienated.

7. To REFUSE to help a law-abiding wife/mother reunite with her children of all ages who suddenly alienated her at the time of divorce without any rational basis or sound reasoning shows a commitment to “service, scholarship and character” as CATE SCHOOL advertises and is compassionate and caring and shows CATE SCHOOL is making our society a BETTER place for ALL.

8. It is considered “committed to service, scholarship and character” as CATE SCHOOL advertises to “forbid” a loving and law-abiding Mother from coming to CATE SCHOOL as she had done for years to visit her Children, UNLESS she announces her visit first. What are they trying to hide from her? Abuse?

9. It is also considered “committed to service, scholarship and character” as CATE SCHOOL advertises for CATE SCHOOL a not-for-profit high school to refuse to tell a loving and law-abiding Mother what she could have POSSIBLY done to be suddenly “forbidden” from visiting her minor Son unannounced.

10. It is considered “committed to service, scholarship and character” as CATE SCHOOL advertises to refuse to follow a loving and law-abiding Mother’s repeated recommendations to put the bed back in her minor Son’s dorm room as their handbook says is mandatory and stop forcing him to sleep outside on a bare mattress without any sheets, blanket or a pillow, underneath a rust pipe, near a sewage drain and among other hazards including a filthy sofa that was falling apart with the foam exposed that was placed in his dorm room.

11. It is considered “committed to service, scholarship and character” as CATE SCHOOL advertises to force a loving and law-abiding Mother’s minor Son to return the new laptop computer and printer she gave him and instead work on a small used notebook computer which the school provides only to those students who cannot afford their own computer and also can use the printer in the library if they do not have their own.

12. Working on the new laptop computer and printer a loving and law-abiding Mother gave her minor Son would NOT have made it easier for him to complete his school work than working on the small used notebook computer and having to go to the library to use the printer every time he needed to. But this shows that CATE SCHOOL is “committed to service, scholarship and character” as it advertises.

13. It is justice to deprive a law-abiding wife/mother of her companionship with her children of all ages which abruptly ended without any rational basis or sound reasoning at the time of divorce.

14. Photographs and emails showing acts by CATE SCHOOL of how they forced her minor Son to live outside and without a bed is “mere puffery” and should NOT reasonably be expected to intentionally inflict severe emotional distress upon the loving law-abiding Mother and her minor Son and her other two Children.

15. It is considered “committed to service, scholarship and character” as CATE SCHOOL advertises and therefore CATE SCHOOL; a not-for-profit school should have the right to receive government benefits even though it refuses to help a law-abiding Mother reunite with her minor Son who suddenly alienated her at the time of divorce without any rational basis or sound reasoning.

16. It is justice to help deprive a law-abiding wife/mother from receiving legally calculated alimony from her marriage of over 20 years where she was the full time caregiver for the majority of the marriage.

17. It is justice to help deprive a law-abiding wife/mother from receiving her 50 percent interest in the net value of the net worth of the community estate at the time of divorce or thereafter.

18. It is justice to help deprive a law-abiding wife/mother of knowing the complete and accurate disposal of the community estate at the time of the divorce or thereafter even though this violates California and consistent and compatible Federal laws mandate. A law-abiding wife/mother should just believe community property worth millions of dollars just disappeared and she is not entitled to receive any of it and she has no right to know what happened to it.

19. CATE SCHOOL a not-for-profit California high school should NOT be responsible for the harms and damages it knowingly, deliberately, voluntarily, intentionally, outrageously and maliciously inflicts upon a loving law-abiding Mother and her minor Son and other Children.

So what do you think? Do you think these are the beliefs of CATE SCHOOL, a not-for-profit high school in California?

If not, then why won’t CATE SCHOOL reasonably help reunite a loving law-abiding Mother with her children who suddenly alienated her at the time of divorce without any rational reason and why won’t CATE SCHOOL discuss parental alienation and educate their students about this form of abuse and torture that is an epidemic problem?

Isn’t a school supposed to do what is in the best interest of their students and make our world a better place for all OR are they supposed to help the wealthy husband/father PROFIT FROM DIVORCE at the EXPENSE of the wife/mother and their Children?

Bestselling author Stephen Fried explains in his book “The New Rabbi” how religious corporations and religious leaders have been helping wealthy husbands/fathers at the EXPENSE of the wife/mother and their Children. Do you think not-for-profit schools like CATE SCHOOL are also doing the same? [ http://www.palienation.org/the-new-rabbi-by-s-friedchpt-2-…/]

***Isn’t it time a wife/mother has her legal rights enforced so she can receive a lawful divorce and be able to continue her enriching and positive companionship with her children after a divorce and also receive her community property and alimony so she can financially take care of herself and also her Children. Should only the husband/father who controlled the marital finances be able to have these rights?

As always none of this information is legal or any other advice, just based upon my knowledge and experience.
