In a place where there is no honesty and morality

In a place where there is no honesty and morality; a wise person will either create an honest and moral environment there or separate himself or herself and find one. He or she will become the honest and moral example for others to follow.

The wicked lie, steal and borrow but never repay or rectify the harms they caused.
A kind, honest person will deal fairly; gives graciously and is willing to help another in positive, honest and moral ways. They view the property of their friend and their friend’s trust in them as dear to them as their own.

The highest gifts one receives, if abused, often prove to be a source of suffering to those who they were designed to benefit.

As always, none of this is legal advice, just based on my knowledge and experiences in life. These thoughts are based on Jewish teachings; specifically the “Ethics of the Fathers” in a daily prayer book and seem to be basic common sense too.
