Stephen King’s new novel; “Revival,” 501(c)(3) agreements, Religion, Parental Alienation and how they All Relate

People are so sick and tired of being deceived by those who are supposed to be honest, kind and compassionate like religious leaders.
Stephen King’s new novel discusses how “Religion is the theological equivalent of a quick-buck insurance scam.” You pay in your premium year after year, and then, when you need the benefits, you discover the company that took your money does not exist.
When people’s pain comes the book talks about how they want MIRACLES instead of working through their issues.

Learn from my mistakes and many others; do not work through your issues with religious leaders because they often take advantage of you and your Children as many court cases have shown including my own because many of these leaders obviously have not worked through their own issues.

Here is an email I sent yesterday to Rabbi David Wolpe and the Executive Director Howard Lesner at SINAI TEMPLE; Rabbi Julie Schonfeld of the JEWISH RABBINICAL ASSEMBLY and Pastor Rick Warren and others at SADDLEBACK CHURCH which shows what Stephen King’s new novel appears to be trying to communicate. ***None of this is legal advice.
Rabbi David Wolpe, Howard Lesner and Rabbi Julie Schonfeld; Pastor Rick Warren, those in the Giving Dept at Saddleback Church,

I don’t understand.
Why aren’t any of you doing what is moral and just.
Why do you want to deprive me of my companionship of my Children and deprive them of their companionship of me? With REASONABLE DILIGENCE you could make phone calls, send emails and have meetings and a conference call too. We can even use skype. You also KNOW OR SHOULD KNOW I have had a perfect record for my entire life of over 50 years and I am known for my good values.

Why do you also want to deprive me of my community property, income and my lawful spousal support because YOU KNOW OR SHOULD KNOW by now with all of my emails that YOU ARE IN RECEIPT OF MY STOLEN PROPERTY that was concealed from me and not distributed to me at the time of divorce or since then. These are the assets ENTRUSTED to you in the 501(c)(3) agreements. Please see attached document for more details and also please forward to Howard Lesner, the Executive Director of Sinai Temple.

Intentionally and maliciously depriving me of my rights and those of my Children too is not reasonable and not “religious” either.

With REASONABLE DILIGENCE you could just discuss this with me or try Judge Claudia Silbar and let me know you have discussed this with her. You are depriving me of my rights to receive my property and to have a companionship with my Children which is a fundamental right.
Also, CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE §484(a) states in pertinent part:
(a) Every person who shall feloniously steal, take, carry, lead, or drive away the personal property of another, or who shall fraudulently appropriate property which has been ENTRUSTED to him or her, or who shall knowingly and designedly, by any false or fraudulent representation or pretense, defraud any other person of money, labor or real or personal property, or who causes or procures others to report falsely of his or her wealth or mercantile character and by thus imposing upon any person, obtains credit and thereby fraudulently gets or obtains possession of money, or property or obtains the labor or service of another, IS GUILTY OF THEFT.[Emphasis Added]

FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT explicitly applies the Due Process requirement to the states as Section One of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides in pertinent part: [N]or shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; Bolling v. Sharpe, 347 U.S. 497 (1954) [Emphasis Added]. Your organizations show state action in many ways even if you don’t realize it; many professionals do.

California Family Code §2120 states in pertinent part: The State of California has a strong policy of ensuring the division of community and quasi-community PROPERTY in the dissolution of a marriage, and of providing fair and sufficient child and spousal support awards. These goals can only be implemented with full disclosure of community and quasi-community, and separate assets, liabilities, INCOME AND EXPENSES and decisions freely and knowingly made. [Emphasis Added]

I hope with the holidays upon us, you choose to resolve this so I can be with my Children and have my money too which I saved and accumulated from my 23 year marriage and you KNOW OR SHOULD KNOW I am lawfully entitled to. I hope you do not think you have a right to keep it or that your behavior is funny or acceptable.

I am not a religious Jew but I live by the Jewish teachings. I know that this week’s Torah portion entitled “and he sent,” is about why it is important to EMBRACE YOUR CHALLENGES, SHOW YOUR COURAGE and FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS; never letting anyone take them away from you.

***My wonderful Grandfather Ben taught me this lesson especially with regard to my reputation and good character. He used to say how the Nazis tried to take everything away but they could not take away a person’s good character and you must always defend it. He used to say without your good character, you have NOTHING.

As Dr. Phil asked on National television, why have I been banned from going to all events, public and private at Sinai Temple in Los Angeles since October 2012 but; many Jewish leaders and Jewish Organizations: 1) ignore my requests to understand what I could have possibly done, 2) and many including Howard Lesner, the Executive Director at Sinai Temple have blocked my email address.
Think Howard Lesner and these other Jewish leaders have some psychological, emotional and ethical problems they need to address? Think I should just forget about the defamation of my character or should I CONTINUE to try to understand what their motivation is for treating me this way?

This week’s Torah portion talks about how being SUCCESSFUL does not have anything to do with money, titles or prestige; being successful means accepting your CHALLENGES and remaining in the fight until they are resolved.

Your challenges are  OPPORTUNITIES to create positive changes for yourself and others; making our world a better place.

In other words, a loving Mother will not give up the fight of exposing the intentional destruction of the sacred Mother/Daughter and Mother/Son bond and how she has been deprived of receiving her property, retirement, savings, investments and lawful spousal support by an ex-husband, his new wife, lawyers, a judge, religious leaders, a private boarding high school, an accounting firm, joint venture partners, corporate executives, an ex mother-in-law and others.
The CONSPIRACY is clearly shown by the documents themselves.

The ex-husband needed and still needs their help to hide all the millions of dollars of community assets and income until he believes some statute of limitations period ends and the ex-wife can no longer claim her assets and income that lawfully belong to her. This is evil beyond words. Think he has psychological, emotional, ethical and other disorders?

I, the loving Mother was sick and trying to cope with the emotional torture PLANNED BY DESIGN resulting from the intentional destruction of the Mother/Daughter and Mother/Son relationships called Parental Alienation. At the same time I was sick, my Children were being told lies by my ex-husband, a certified public accountant and chief financial officer who received his MBA from Harvard.

My ex-husband and was also financially planning for the divorce as many documents show so he could take millions of dollars of community assets all for himself and now his new wife goes right along too as many tax returns show.
Many documents also show lawyers, a judge, religious leaders and the others listed above willingly assisted and continue to assist my ex-husband in these corrupt and immoral acts.

******Can a person be more evil then intentionally destroying the loving Mother/Children bond and taking the loving Mother’s money and assets, even her savings and retirement while she is sick due to his acts of Parental Alienation?******

This week’s Torah portion talks about how people will always have challenges which if they embrace they will have many opportunities for growth. (Jacob is given the new name Israel because Israel is the one who engaged in the struggle).

***Engaging in the struggle is prevailing, is being SUCCESSFUL and shows COURAGE by facing your fears, facing why you feel shame which in turn enhances your knowledge, skills and self confidence and makes you a better person.

Many people, including many religious leaders refuse to struggle because they think it is easier to just forget about things that they fear or why they feel shame and why they are not proud of themselves.
In addition, when most people fight they try to DESTROY instead of trying to help others CHANGE their destructive ways.

If you try to make people see their destructive ways and understand there is a better way to live, and they then FACE THEIR CHALLENGES, this means THEY have to embrace a new struggle to help themselves grow and become a better person which will then help to make our world a better place.

***This is my understanding of the Torah portion Vayishlach; if all of us keep embracing our challenges and making positive changes, we will make our world a better place which is an obligation of the Jews called tihkun olam.

So, I hope the religious leaders I sent this email to yesterday, take the time to address their challenges so they will stop depriving me and my Children and millions like us of our rights and instead:

1) help us reunite;
2) stop using 501(c)(3) agreements to hide assets and income of a divorced woman who was illegally deprived of receiving them at the time of divorce and thereafter;
3) begin talking about issues of divorce and parental alienation so parental alienation will stop occurring and maybe with some education on building strong relationships, there will not be so many divorces either.

***Maybe these religious leaders will understand the importance of using their resources to help people learn to love and become trustworthy.

Maybe these religious leaders will stop destroying, harassing and threatening those who disagree with them or try to stop them from harming others like the millions of divorced children who they intentionally take from their loving Mother’s arms, just like Hitler did.

Maybe these religious leaders will stop taking the money and making 501(c)(3) agreements and support an evil father at the time of divorce who hires them to destroy the Mother/Children bond and also to hide community assets so the loving Mother becomes both emotionally and financially devastated.

Maybe these religious leaders will instead understand the meaning of success is embracing your challenges and remaining in the struggle to resolve them in a positive manner so they become a better person and our world becomes a better place; tihkun olam.
