We can choose to work toward changing the nature of those who wish us ill.
While doing this, reasonable people and reasonable religions like Judaism teach us not to be debased by their depravity. Don’t fall prey to their evil ways.
Instead, always be proud of YOUR actions even if you stand alone.
Choose to be friends with reasonable people who have your best interest at heart and would never intentionally harm you, this includes family members. If they are cruel, mean and unreasonable, stay away from them. Have fun doing things you like to do.
Never be afraid to make mistakes but learn from them so you don’t repeat them. Also learn from others’ mistakes. Don’t forget to make time to have fun too; even taking a short walk or cooking a delicious, healthy meal.
As always none of this is legal or any other advice; it is based upon my knowledge and experiences.
